Aereco Demand Controlled Ventilation

Demand Controlled Ventilation (DCV) is a way of looking at ventilating buildings that are a little different.

Instead of there being a fixed rate of air exchange for a building or room, Demand Controlled Ventilation (DCV) measures the air quality and adjusts the rate of air exchange minute by minute, room by room, based on actual need.

  • Provides excellent indoor air quality
  • Energy efficient
  • Little to no maintenance
  • No filter change
  • Simple to install
  • Limits the build-up of humidity and condensation which can cause mould and health problems
  • Cost-effective alternative to heat recovery
  • A superior product to the outdated and ineffective hole in the wall and noisy bathroom fan

How It Works

Air inlets
Supply fresh air to rooms like bedrooms and living rooms.

Extract grilles
Take air away from wet rooms like bathrooms and kitchens.

At a central point that exhausts out of the building.
